7 months agoI arrived from long flight from Sydney Australia. My room was ready . It is very clean room and very clean hotel. All the staff are very kind and very nice. Special thanks to the lady behind the recepetion desk .She got always nice semile and helepfull. Thank you the chef cook with his amaizing dishes, perfection cooked. The brekfast is so good special the chicken liver dish. The hotel is very close to everywhere. Special with uber. If i would come agian with my family , i woud not do a second thoughts.Sandy palace hotel is the best .

7 months agoI ordered sweets while I was staying at Sandy's Palace Hotel. The sweet shop confirmed that they had delivered the package to the hotel. The hotel also acknowledged that the sweets arrived while I was at the hotel, but hotel never gave it to me even though I asked about it multiple times while I was there. The hotel kept dragging their feet whenever I asked about the sweets to the point that all the sweets have gone bad. Extremely disappointed.

11 months agoThe hotel and its management are very poor. It requires significant maintenance, and the service is subpar. The rooms has bad smell and the internet was very poor couldn’t. There is no pool, and it barely qualifies as a one-star establishment. I strongly advise against staying here—save your money and choose a different hotel.
